You are the backbone of our office – organising, coordinating and keeping track so Julian Scharnau can focus on what matters most.
Your Responsibilities
- Appointment coordination, travel planning and correspondence at the highest level
- Preparation of presentations, exposés and documents for client meetings
- Maintenance and management of our contact database (30,000+ contacts)
- Communication with family offices, investors and business partners
- General office organisation and day-to-day support
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an assistant, ideally in real estate or finance
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Absolute discretion and trustworthiness
- Structured, independent working style and high reliability
Real Estate Analyst
Munich · Full-time · Immediate start
You analyse markets, properties and portfolios – providing the foundation for transaction decisions that move millions.
Your Responsibilities
- Market and location analyses for commercial and retail properties nationwide
- Creation of valuation models, DCF analyses and investment memoranda
- Research and preparation of transaction data and market reports
- Support in due diligence and transaction management
- Maintenance and development of our market database
Your Profile
- Completed degree in real estate, business administration, economics or comparable
- Initial professional experience in real estate analysis, valuation or transactions
- Very good Excel skills and experience with valuation models
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Interest in commercial real estate and capital market topics
Sales-Driven Real Estate Consultant
Munich · Full-time / Freelance · Immediate start
You are a born salesperson – know the market, have contacts and want to work in an environment that directly rewards your performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition and management of sales and letting mandates
- Direct approach to investors, family offices and institutional buyers
- Independent management of transaction processes through to closing
- Building and maintaining your own network in the real estate market
- Collaboration with Julian Scharnau on exclusive off-market mandates
Your Profile
- Demonstrable sales success in real estate (commercial or residential)
- Existing network to investors, family offices or institutional players an advantage
- Strong communication skills and closing ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation
- Willingness to work on commission or hybrid basis possible
